Keys were a breeze to pick up and the place was absolutely mind-blowing! Close to great pubs and events nearby. It may be a bit remote and hard to find, but once you do, prepare to be amazed! This secluded retreat is perfect for any business trip or for a romantic getaway. The value is unbeatable; The house had everything we needed, including a lovely kitchen and a spacious lounge. The double room was beautiful and the two single rooms were perfect for kids. The location is fantastic for walks and cycling. The property itself is stunning, clean, and peaceful. I absolutely adored the charming decoration at The Pigsty. The rustic barn conversion with its cozy furnishings and lovely garden created a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was perfect for a senior woman like me to relax and feel at ease. The general areas were spacious and easily accessible, making it convenient for me to move around without any difficulties.
If there's one thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people, it would be to have handrails installed in the bathroom. The children of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, but having handrails in the bathroom would provide that extra sense of safety and support for us seniors.
